How it works

Every round rips one real graded card pack from the Collector Crypt vault. One wallet gets the card. The money, the draw and the payout all run through an on-chain program anyone can read.

Ticket rounds and holder drops use $RIPPERS and open when the official contract address goes live. Packs, the market and My cards already work.

Ticket rounds

  1. 1
Buy tickets with $RIPPERSA ticket costs $1. You pay in $RIPPERS at the live price; the swap to USDC happens in the same transaction.
  2. 2
The round sells outFour rounds run side by side: Starter $25 (32 tickets), Elite $50 (63), Legendary $250 (313) and Grail $1K (1,250). When the last ticket of a round sells, it locks and picks a future Solana slot for the draw.
  3. 3
One ticket winsThat slot's hash picks a ticket number. Whoever holds it gets the pack. Ten tickets in a $50 round means ten chances in 63.
  4. 4
The pack is ripped for the winnerThe program releases exactly the pack price to buy it, and the card is sent straight to the winner's wallet.

Holder drops

A holder drop is a gacha for holders, not an airdrop. Each drop gives one pack to one randomly drawn wallet, and drops keep coming for as long as $RIPPERS trades. Most holders will not win any single drop, but every holder is in every draw.

  1. 1
Trading fees fill a poolCreator fees from $RIPPERS trading are swapped to USDC and paid into the holder-drop vault.
  2. 2
Holders are snapshottedWhen the pool reaches the pack price, every wallet holding 500K+ $RIPPERS is listed with its balance. Pools, team and exchange wallets are left out. The snapshot's fingerprint goes on chain before the draw slot exists.
  3. 3
One lucky holder wins, then it repeatsA future slot hash picks a single winner. Your odds are your balance divided by the total in the snapshot: hold 1% of the eligible supply and you have a 1% chance at that drop. No ticket needed, and no win is guaranteed.
  4. 4
Fees piled up? Drops run back to backEvery $50 in the pool is one drop. If the pool holds $150, three drops run one after another, each with a fresh snapshot and a new random winner. Anything left over stays in the pool for the next drop.

Where the money goes

For every ticket:

80%Swapped to USDC into the round vault. Buys the pack.
15%$RIPPERS burned. Supply goes down with every ticket.
5%$RIPPERS to the treasury. Pays for transactions and operations.

The vault is in USDC, so a price drop after you buy never shrinks the pack money. If $RIPPERS falls 30% mid-round, later tickets simply cost more $RIPPERS.

The draw

When a round locks, the program records a slot a few seconds in the future. Nobody knows that slot's hash yet, including us. Once it passes, anyone can call draw: the program reads the hash from Solana's SlotHashes sysvar and turns it into the winning number.

Because the inputs are public, anyone can recompute the result. The docs have a ten-line script for it. If nobody draws in time, anyone can schedule a fresh slot; the program never lets anyone pick a hash they have already seen.

After you win

The card lands in your wallet as an NFT backed by the real slab in the Collector Crypt vault. From My cards you can:

  1. 1
Sell it backFor the pack's buyback rate (85% of insured value for $50 packs) within 72 hours. Take USDC, $RIPPERS or tickets.
  2. 2
List itSet your own price on the market. The card stays in your wallet until it sells.
  3. 3
Ship itWithdraw the physical card on Collector Crypt with the same wallet. The NFT is burned and the slab ships from the vault to you.

What you trust, and what you don't

Enforced by the program

  • Ticket money sits in a vault only the program controls.
  • Each ticket adds exactly $0.80 USDC; burn and treasury are computed from what your swap really used.
  • The winner comes from a slot hash nobody could know in advance.
  • Only the exact pack price can leave the vault, and only after a winner is on chain.
  • A round only closes when the card is in the winner's wallet.
  • Cancelled ticket rounds refund every ticket's USDC. Anyone can trigger it.

Still trusted

  • The keeper buys the pack from Collector Crypt with the released $50. The memo is posted on chain so you can check it.
  • Collector Crypt's own gacha draw, which has its own VRF proof per pack.
  • The holder snapshot list, published for anyone to recheck against its on-chain fingerprint.
  • Burned $RIPPERS on cancelled rounds is not refunded.
